Egysign for Contracting & Engineering Solutions was established to answer a clear market need: many firms could execute, but far fewer could diagnose, coordinate, and solve with real engineering intelligence. Egysign was never intended to compete in generic contracting. Our value begins where technical complexity begins.

We operate in project environments that require sharper thinking, tighter coordination, controlled execution, and more intelligent use of capital. Our work is centered around specialized engineering services — specialized MEP works, steel and structural adaptation, premium architectural finishing, technical visualization, and value-oriented engineering support. A Word from Our Founder

Mohamed Afifi

Before founding Egysign, Mohamed Afifi spent over a decade with thyssenkrupp — delivering large-scale industrial construction across Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and Guatemala, where QA/QC wasn't a checkbox but the architecture of how every project was built. An engineering graduate of Alexandria University, he worked inside one of the most rigorous project delivery systems in the world and learned what separates firms that execute from firms that solve. When he returned to Egypt, he brought that standard with him — not as a copy, but adapted to how real projects work here: where budgets are meaningful, timelines are commitments, and clients need more than a contractor. They need a technical partner who diagnoses before it draws, and plans before it builds. That conviction became Egysign.
